Established in 1983, the Greater New Orleans Dart Association (GNODA) is asteel-tip
dart league affiliated with the American Darts Organization. The league is a not-for-profit organization.
GNODA Dart League Meetings are scheduled each month on the second Saturday for 12pm at the organization's office in Marrero. All GNODA members are welcome to attend.
Mission Statement: "The objective of the GNODA shall be to promote competitive darts, coordinate the functions and activities connected with the sport of darts, establish rules of play and standards of personal conduct for the sport of darts, sanction and conduct association and tournament play according to the rules in effect, and to establish and maintain friendly relationships with similar organizations."
League:
As of July, 2013, GNODA stats posted online show 22 teams playing 3 nights of league play, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Thursdaydarts league is a Ladies Division, currently consisting of 4 teams. These league divisions play at 10 local darts bars:
