Steel-Point Darts

So,... this morning I hit my first Ton-80 ever. (see my previous entry) A few hours later in my coffee break I was throwing again. Just for myself a little practice. I clearly was throwing a lot better than ever before. It just felt so much smoother and unforced. I was hitting the triple 20 almost every turn.
“Ok,... just one last throw before I go downstairs to continue my work”. The fist two darts went straight in, just like a few hours before. The two darts were much closer to each other than the first time, the barrels even touched. The third one I released a little too soon but somehow I gave it a little less power so that it went in a big arc. It landed tail up just above the other two so that all three barrels touched each other.
Unbelievable, I’ve never hit a Ton-80 in the 6 month’s since I play darts, and now two times within 5 hours. The rest of the day it felt like I was walking on air!
